AI Usage Policy

Effective: 1 July 2026 | JaySense Research & Analytics Platform

JaySense uses AI and algorithmic models to generate research summaries and analytical scores — not investment recommendations.

1. What AI Is Used For

2. What AI Does NOT Do

3. AI Constraints

JaySense's AI Research Assistant is constrained by a system prompt that prevents it from recommending specific buy/sell actions, assigning price targets as predictions, or providing personalised advice. If the assistant produces output that appears advisory, please report it using the feedback mechanism below.

4. Known Limitations

5. Data Used by AI

AI models process publicly available market data (price history, fundamentals, news headlines, corporate announcements). Your personal portfolio and journal data are never used to train external AI models and are never shared with third parties.

6. Human Oversight

JaySense's engineering team monitors AI outputs for quality and compliance. The scoring methodology is documented and versioned. Users can view score breakdowns and indicator signals to understand how any score was generated.

7. Report an Issue

If you encounter AI output that appears to give investment advice, make a market prediction, or violate this policy, please report it to support@jaysense.com with subject "AI Policy Issue". We will review and respond within 5 business days.

8. Policy Updates

This policy will be updated as JaySense introduces new AI capabilities. Users will be notified via the What's New section of material changes.
