1. Nature of the Service

JaySense provides quantitative score-based research, structured trade plan templates, and analytical dashboards for NSE-listed equities. All information on this platform — including scores, signals, suggested entry/stop-loss/target levels, and commentary — is informational only and must not be construed as investment advice, recommendation, solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. The platform is intended solely for educational and research purposes.

2. Regulatory Status & No Investment Advice

JaySense is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, nor as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. The platform is also not registered as a Portfolio Manager, Stockbroker, or any other intermediary under applicable SEBI regulations.

All research scores, signals, entry/exit levels, and commentary published on this platform are not research reports as defined under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and must not be treated as such. The platform does not provide personalised financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always conduct independent due diligence and consult a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) before making any investment decision.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access financial information in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@jaysense.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Sources & Accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (NSE, Upstox, Yahoo Finance). JaySense makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Errors may occur and you should independently verify any information before acting on it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, resell, or use platform data for commercial purposes without written consent. Automated access, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security measures is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

JaySense and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
