Is JaySense a broker or SEBI-registered investment adviser?
No. JaySense is a stock research and analysis platform. We provide Research Scores, technical signals, and market intelligence to help you make informed decisions. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and do not provide personalised investment advice. All research content is for educational and informational purposes only.
What does the Research Score mean?
The Research Score (0–100) is a composite technical analysis score computed from RSI, EMA trend, SuperTrend, momentum, and volume signals. A higher score means stronger technical momentum — it is not a Buy or Sell recommendation. Always do your own due diligence before making any investment decision.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual lock-ins. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and revert to the Free plan. Your data (portfolio, watchlist, journal) is always preserved.
Is my portfolio data safe?
Yes. Your portfolio and watchlist data is stored securely, isolated per user, and never shared with third parties. JaySense does not connect to your broker account unless you explicitly link Upstox (Pro feature). The Upstox integration reads data only — it never places trades.
When does billing start?
Billing starts immediately when you complete payment via Razorpay. Monthly plans renew every 31 days; annual plans every 366 days. You receive a payment confirmation email. You can cancel anytime from your Subscription page — access continues until the period ends.
